Frank has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Frank has managed the product division of Arose since the company started. He consistently searches the marketplace for the latest in test equipment, communication products, and services to meet the needs of our customers. Through Frank's expertise, AROSE INCORPORATED is able to deliver extremely competitive pricing along with state of the art design. He is actively involved in all major installations from equipment provisioning to project management.
Frank Beierschmitt Jr., Project Manager
With 18 years experience as a certified IBEW technician, Frank Jr., Frankie, has used his knowledge gained from the field to take over the reigns as Project Manager at Arose, Inc. Frankie is certified in multiple telephone systems, Wireless Technology, Corning Fiber Optic Design, Corning Multimode and Single-mode Optical Local Area Networks, as a Siemon Installer, Ortronics and as a Multimedia Design & Integration Design for Superior Modular Products. These certifications allow Frankie to be competitive while quoting and negotiating contracts.
With over 15 years of service with Arose, Inc., Steve has utilized his abilities and experiences in the engineering and commissioning of commercial projects. Steve is responsible for coordinating and implementing our project campaigns, large or small, and for incorporating specific customer objectives including time constraints and available resources. Services Steve administers include the preparation of project specifications, implementation of CAD generated drawings, real-time red-line updating, device database management and as-built documentation. Steve works directly with our customers, listening to and tailoring our installations to the specific needs and wants of the individual. Steve's knowledge of telecommunications and low voltage systems, the construction industry and the day-to-day activities of commercial construction allow Arose to provide its customers with industry leading, yet cost effective project designs.
Steven Beierschmitt, Arose Communications Sales/Management
Steven handles all Sales for Arose Communications and the VoIP Services we have to offer. With years of experience in sales, Steven has great knowledge of our VoIP equipment and services making our clients feel extremely comfortable with their purchases. Steven's goal is to make your transition from your standard telephone services to VoIP as seamless as possible so as not to disturb your business.
Leigh Jones, Engineer & Design Support
Leigh Supports all of the Arose Inc. Management team. Of all Leigh's responsibilities, her most important role is that of customer support. She provides constant updates and feedback to all management to maintain a healthy business relationships with all of our clients. A well informed and up-to-date client is a happy client. Leigh also maintains the Arose Company Calendar, making sure all Managers are aware of their completion dates for projects and bid proposals.
Jim Howarth, Project Manager Electrical Installation
Jim has been in the electrical industry for the past thirty five years holding positions of Managing Partner in of a three million dollar Electrical Contracting company, Project Manager and Field Superintendent. Jim is a licensed Electrical Contractor in the State of New Jersey and the City of Philadelphia.
